Vintage Grenfell trench coat XL

Absolutely fabulous classic vintage gents trench coat. It's made from a poly-cotton canvas fabric (67:33) and the pit to pit measurement is 24" - I feel that whilst this measurement suggests this would fit a 3XL - this is meant to be worn more loosely and so feel a large - XL is probably the appropriate fit. It measures 16" across the shoulders and 41" in length. It has the pockets that allow you to access trouser pockets through the opening and it has a brown nylon lining. Despite the care label saying dry clean only I have given it a good soak and rinse and spin in the washing machine and it's come up beautifully. Being poly-cotton I'd say this is very happy to be machine washed on a wool setting after a good pre-soak. Grenfell are a British company who have been making their garments in the UK since 1923 and still have an East London factory. A new one of these will set you back the best part of $600 - $700 (that's British pounds but can't find a pound sign on my keyboard). So this is an absolute bargain! It's in great condition.
